



Traditional Dutch dinner
>Soup: noodle + vegetable
>Maincourse:
Ingredients: mashed potato + green vegetable + sliced bacon + dutch smoked sausage + home made gravy (place meat in baked trolly for 10 minutes, pour a little coffer for flavor, then pour in water, put lid on and seamer till ready)
dutch way of serving food:
scoop up and throw it right into the plate, full scoop of gravy sit in the middle of food to make a swim-pool. So that is called: endive.
>Dessert: spicy fruit salad, but I forgot food name.
Watching news from TV SBS6 at 7pm, as my face showed up in television for 2 seconds.
